WHO WE ARE
At Bimar we do metal sheet working in combination with insulating materials to create fire-rated products for the naval, civil and offshore sectors. Starting from flat sheet metal, we create our products for yachts, cruise ships, military, merchant and offshore vessels using laser cutting, CNC bending machines, welding machines and other machinery (see machinery list). Furthermore, with a view to differentiation, we also produce powder-coated sheet metal products for various sectors (construction, street furniture, interior design, garden furniture, etc.). In fact, we have a semi-automatic industrial powder coating system that guarantees the highest quality standards in finishing.
COMPANY
Our company has years of experience in the Yacht, Naval and Offshore sectors, in addition to some “deviations” in the civil sector (contracts for large scale hotels).
This has allowed us to establish ourselves in the following sectors:
- Naval (cruise, ferry, merchant, offshore, navy);
- Yacht;
- Civil (residential contract);
These are in fact the main sectors currently consolidated in which our company operates.
In addition to production, we offer the following services:
- Exhaust gas installations in the Yacht & Megayacht sector;
- Assembly and supply of rollbars (Yacht and Megayacht Sector);
- Assembly of hydraulic movements (Yacht and Megayacht Sector). For this last activity we have developed important agreements with foreign partners who are market leaders for installations in Italy;
- Turnkey projects in the offshore sector ( www.gemont.it ).
